1. Provider and scope
myhotelmap24.com is provided by Moritz Escher, Gernlindener Straße 15a, 82216 Maisach, Germany. These terms apply to all registered users.
2. Service
The platform allows users to record, manage and statistically analyse personal hotel stays, including maps, travel and cost statistics, and optional image and document uploads. Use is currently free of charge.
No entitlement exists to a particular feature set or uninterrupted availability. Features may be developed, adapted or discontinued with due regard for legitimate user interests.
3. Registration and credentials
An account is required to save stays. Users must provide accurate, current details and protect credentials from third-party access. Suspected unauthorised use must be reported to info@myhotelmap24.com.
4. Permitted use
The service may be used only in accordance with applicable law and for personal hotel and travel data. Illegal content, malware, automated overload attempts, circumvention of security measures and access to other users’ data are prohibited.
Users may upload only documents and images they are legally entitled to use. Unnecessary sensitive information should be redacted before upload.
5. Rights in content
Users retain their rights in uploaded content and grant only the technical rights required to store, process and display it inside the account. Content is not made public unless the user explicitly activates a sharing function.
6. Community and public links
Community participation is voluntary and shows participating members only aggregated travel statistics. Public statistic links are created deliberately with user-selected filters and metrics and can be revoked at any time.
7. Liability
The service is intended for personal documentation. Data extracted from PDFs and search, map, price or statistical results may be incomplete or incorrect and must be checked by the user.
Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable loss typical for the contract.
8. Suspension and termination
Users may permanently delete their account in the profile or request deletion by email. Material or repeated violations may result in temporary deactivation or termination after appropriate consideration. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
9. Changes and applicable law
Material changes will be communicated appropriately. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the user’s country of residence.
